in the County Courtroom of the Kimble County Courthouse, 501 Main Street, Junction, Texas

and related matters, including report by county road supervisor regarding road conditions,
maintenance and repair.
6. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding changes to the
county policy manual.
7. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding request(s) for 911
addressing and name(s) of private roads.
8. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding sub-division plats: Jimi
Telford for Majestic Hills Motor Coach Resort.
9. Consideration and approval of bills and accounts and authorization to pay bills
and accounts.
10.Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding amendment of the budget to conform to
authorized revenues and expenditures.
11. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding court order prohibiting
outdoor burning in the unincorporated area of Kimble County.
12. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding Leola Dunbar’s request to
replace two (2) bump gates located on KC 273 with cattle guards.
13. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding Doyle Weitz’s request to
replace a cattle guard located on S KC 350 with a bump gate or electric gate.
14. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding Courthouse roof
repairs.
15. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding designation of the second
Tuesday of every month for the Commissioners Court to convene in regular term. Should this day
be a holiday or election day the Commissioners Court will convene on the next normal working
day. Location is to be the Kimble County Courthouse at 9:00 a.m. local time.

for 2010.
17. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding Texas County &
District Retirement System participation for plan year 2010.
18. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding possible acquisition of certain
Kimble County surface water rights from Jerry and Janice Kirby.
19. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding engagement of outside auditing firm
Eckert & Company LLP for county audit ending December 31, 2009.
20. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding Interlocal Agreement with
Upper Llanos Soil and Water Conservation District relating to 9-1-1 signs and road signs.
21. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding demolition and removal of old
airport T-hangars and miscellaneous structures.
22. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding Kimble County’s monetary
obligations to West Texas Rural Counties Association Risk Management Pool for underwriting
profit/loss.
