1. Call to order
2. Convene meeting and establish quorum.
3. Public comments are welcome. Please limit comments to five minutes or less
4. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding status of county roads and
related matters, including report by county road supervisor regarding road conditions, maintenance
and repair.
5. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding Emergency Services District
board re-appointment of Bill McMillan to term ending December 31, 2011.
6. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding county attorney’s special fund
pretrial intervention program budget.
7. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding county attorney’s report on hot
check special fund.
8. Consideration, discussion and possible action regarding Kimble County’s monetary obligations
to West Texas Rural Counties Association Risk Management Pool for underwriting profit/loss.
9. Commissioners Court will convene in executive session for consultation with County
Attorney regarding legal issues arising from Kimble County’s monetary obligations to West Texas
Rural Counties Association Risk Management Pool for underwriting profit/loss pursuant to Texas
Government Code Section 551.071. No action may be taken in executive session.
10. Adjournment.
